Sometimes a brown residue builds up in the bottom bottle and Baby Food warmer. What is it? The build up is lime scale or iron deposits which are easily removed by de-scaling. You should de-scale your iQ Bottle Warmer every four weeks to ensure it continues to work effectively. Pour 2 oz (50ml) of white vinegar mixed with 4 oz (100ml) of cold water into the warmer. Allow to stand in the unit until any lime scale has dissolved. Empty the unit and rinse thoroughly.
