The manufacturing of the bottle screw caps is an injection molded process. These caps are made using polypropylene plastic. Fortilene 1803 is a controlled rheology polypropylene homopolymer produced by Soltex utilizing unique catalyst technology. It is designed for injection molded applications that require improved impact. The material meets the Food and Drug Administration requirements of 21CFR 177.1520. The manufacturing of the cap plugs is an injection molded process. The cap plugs are made using low density polyethylene plastic. The plastic resin in the cap plugs meets the requirements of the FDA's regulation 21CFR 177.1520 for contact with food.
